OOTD: SHIRT WITH SKIRT

I have always found something really sexy about women wearing button down shirts. Masculine with a hint of feminity is what I truly dig. I like to wear my shirts loose with rolled up sleeves; formality with a touch of nonchalance. Something like a crepe button down shirt in old rose teamed with dark blue ripped denims and pointy pumps. Yes that would be perfect for a day meeting. Or for something more casual, a soft denim shirt teamed with a fitted skirt would work well. I wore my denim shirt with a Forever21 striped skirt to Aldo bloggers’ meet recently. Teamed it with my shimmery gold shoes and ‘very’ long chain earrings. A perfect statement outfit! 😀

Button down shirts also bring back memories of the good ol’ school days. White shirt with blue tennis skirt for summers and with grey woollen skirts in winters. Ah the memories!!!

I have always had a bunch of button down shirts in my wardrobe. Plains, printed, cotton, denim, crepe, you name it! And I have teamed them with everything possible and the good thing is they always work. Like always! 🙂
